*Starbucks - Pretty sure that most of the Starbucks in Kyoto has Wifi :)

*Internet Cafe - In 四条（Shijyo) and of course in other places too, you can find internet cafes that has Wifi! Mostly from 750 yen. You can even stay a night at the internet cafe!
